Formules

topique

Stabilité préparation non stérile : 7 jours, préparation stérile : 28 jours. (1-2)

  • Morphine HCl 10 mg soit 0.125%,
  • Intrasite gel® ou purilon gel® ou Nu-Gel® qsp 8 gr (1)
  • Morphine HCl 30 mg soit 0.2%,
  • Intrasite gel® ou purilon gel® ou Nu-Gel® qsp 15 gr (2)
  • Morphine HCl 50 mg soit 0.333%,
  • Intrasite gel® ou purilon gel® ou Nu-Gel® qsp 15 gr (3)
  • Morphine HCl 30 mg soit 0.2%,
  • Xylocaïne 1% : 1 ml,
  • Intrasite gel® ou purilon gel® ou Nu-Gel® qsp 15 gr (4)
  • La prescription doit être établie sur une ordonnance dite "sécurisée" car présence de stupéfiant. A conditionner en dose unitaire, de préférence seringue dose prête à l'emploi permettant une utilisation à une main pour le soignant

 Prescription à but thérapeutique en l’absence de spécialité équivalente disponible.
